Comprehensive approach to work
The company "MeGran" has its own modern production of a full cycle consisting of two factories and uses the most advanced technologies in its work.
We process all possible types of natural stone: granite, marble, dolomite, travertine, limestone, onyx.
The stone processing workshops in our organization are equipped with the latest equipment from leading manufacturers such as Breton and Prussiani Engineering. In our state only experienced and highly skilled stone-working masters work, ready to implement the most complex projects.
We provide products of exceptionally high quality, as:

Factory # 1 (manufacture of finished products)
Focused on the production of products from marble, granite, limestone, onyx, travertine and covers all types of work with natural stone, from milling slabs and blanks, to artistic processing.
The factory has a capacity of up to 300 m2 of products per day and is located on the territory of 2800 m2. The factory employs 42 people - 2 engineers, 4 masters, 19 people in the main production and 11 at the auxiliary. The work is carried out in 2 shifts, which allows to significantly increase the output of products.
The factory for the manufacture of finished products has 13 modern machines for the following operations:
- Rescore (of any complexity) slabs with thickness from 10 to 1800 mm;
- Surface treatment: grinding, polishing, antiquing, bucharding, heat treatment, etc .;
- Profiling of architectural and construction parts of complex shapes including radii (rails, cornices, handrails, platbands up to 600 mm thick);
- Production of solid monolithic columns up to 2.6 m in diameter;
- Production of balusters of any complexity;
- Production of monolithic baths and shells;
- Drilling holes up to 300 mm in diameter and depth up to 1800 mm;
- Arrangement of products by a grid or armature;
- Manufacturing of radial molds with thickness from 10mm to 1200 mm;
- Making mosaic panels and sockets.
Factory # 2 (production of slabs and plane plates)
Focuses on the production of slabs and tiles made of marble, granite, limestone, onyx, travertine thickness of 20 mm. up to 40 mm.
The factory has a capacity of up to 800 m2. slab equivalent and 500 m2. in the equivalent of flat products, per day located on the territory of 2100 m2. The factory employs 11 people - 1 engineer, 2 masters, 6 people in the main production and 2 in the auxiliary. Works are carried out in 2 shifts, which allows you to constantly increase the volume of products.
This factory has 4 modern machines for the following operations:
- drilling blocks;
- sawing blocks;
- milling of slabs;
- Aging stone (antika);
- stone bacharding;
- grinding stone;
- polishing of stone;
- polished stone;
- heat treatment of stone;
- resins and reinforcement of slabs and slabs.
